Today’s theme was Horsing Around. We learned all about the horses and got to meet Tollgate’s resident pony, Friday and our guest horse, Max.
Campers got the chance to ride Max or Friday. They got to enjoy Tollgate’s new horse arena!
We managed to stay cool during the day by running through the sprinkler and enjoying popsicles at the end of the day before our intense game of capture the flag!
Maple Syrup Popcorn
- 1 large bowl of air popped popcorn
- 2 Tbs of Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs of butter
Directions: Melt butter and maple syrup in microwave for 20 seconds or until butter is melted.
Berry Delicious Popsicles
- 1 ½ cups of frozen fruit
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1cup white grape juice
Use blender to combine ingredients, pour into popsicle molds or paper cups.
