Water Camp: Day 4

Today our theme was Who needs water? (We definitely needed a lot of it today because it was a super hot day!)

Our big activity was canoeing and the kids had a great time on the water!

Campers continued to work on their STEM projects of the week. They are making a turtle island to put in the pond for the turtles to enjoy.

In Garden Kitchen, they enjoyed corn on the cob. I think their favorite part was shucking the corn.

  • 3 whole tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion

Once skins have spilt, immediately place tomatoes into ice cold water to remove the skins and to stop the cooking.
